Okay my first question has to do with panic attacks. Anytime I drink like, a cappucino or an energy drink, I have a panic attack. Do I need to get treatment/medicine for this, or should I just let it go?
Second question. Sometimes I have this excessive excitement. Like I'll look at my friend count on myspace, and picture it going up and up in my mind and i'll put my fingers up by my mouth and twiddle them together and have an awkward breathing pattern. I also do this when I think about pulling a car into a driveway and the wheels turning and going up the bump, but it mostly happens with things with numbers, such as profile views, friend counts, text message counts, etc. I also do it when I play video games. I've been doing this 'excessive excitement' thing since I was like 4. I remember playing Mario Kart and doing it. I've never seen anyone else do it or have this kind of thing happen to them, and I'm wondering what it is.
well, i have an anxiety problem and i know that caffiene only triggers attacks, so stay away! you might want to find a therapist for that other part, im not sure…sorry im not more help. good luck.

http://www.guardianrelease.com Simply put is probably the most powerful yet simple way to release any and all Emotional negative states of mind that a person holds onto and interferes with life in general:
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
Guardian is for every one of us that wants or needs to change something in our lives that is causing us distress or emotional upset. The list is long but here are just some of the issues that this method addresses and in a very short period of time with permanent results.
ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS, DEPRESSION, OBSESSIONAL COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD) GRIEF, APATHY, PTSD, to name just a few. Really virtually any area of your life will transform with continual use, and at lightening speed. Emotional upsets will begin to resolve sometimes in minutes.
Take a Phobia for instance: An irrational fear of something which you know is totally disproportionate to the actual event or object. This release method will dissolve this fear in minutes no matter what kind of fear or indeed no matter how long you may have suffered from it. PHOBIAS!! Are released in minutes!.
SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION (ED) Can be a real disabling issue for males of any age and can strike at any age too. Erectile Dysfunction or ED as it is known is cause mainly by wrongful thinking, and the fear of it is enough to trigger the event.
The release method will remove all fear and resolve ED giving back that confidence much needed to perform the task in hand. In fact this method will increase sexual libido when used, many times that of what we would consider normal.
ONE EXAMPLE
What happens to you when you try to stop yourself from worrying about a particular issue in life? Yes you got it, it sticks to you like glue, the more you try
to remove it the more it remains and actually increases in intensity until it feels like you are locked into a very vicious cycle of fear and then more fear and when that happens you feel like your mind is on auto pilot and feel totally at its mercy.
Well no more! Guardian Release will show you just how wrong you are, and give you back control total control.
WHAT GUARDIAN IS NOT!!
Guardian is not some kind of Hypnosis. Has nothing to do with TFT or CBT.
Guardian has nothing to do with drugs or herbal medications whatsoever.
Guardian is the most natural and safe way there is to restore mental balance
Guardian will teach you to release any unwanted emotion in the moment.
Panic Attacks and Anxiety will be resigned to the past and the results are permanent without relapse. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) will be removed with continual use in around 48 hours depending on your commitment to practise. In fact you will see changes right from day one in the reduction of the traumatic recurring event. In fact when complete I challenge anyone to feel the reaction to fear of any kind. It just won’t happen. You will still retain your memories about any emotional upset but that’s all they will be Memories without the reaction to them.
DEPRESSION
Depression can feel like the world is totally black and without a future in life.
How wrong you could be. Watch this method dissolve depression in minutes.
Physical Illness
I make no claims here to treat or cure any kind of physical illness whatsoever, but after years of using the release method I have seen many wonderful things happening to people who were suffering from physical ailments. I have many testimonies which we won’t go into because testimonies are only as good as the proof of who sent them so I really see no point. All too often people spend hours writing testimonies from fictitious people so I will not insult your intelligence in doing that here. It just leads me personally to believe that emotional problems causing cellular internal stress may just be leading us to suffer from a physical condition. That’s just a personal opinion which the medical world is now looking at very seriously. Releasing on the emotional attachment to a particular illness would appear to resolve it. I have no explanation for this, but research is still very much ongoing. In particular the resolution of long standing chronic pain.
Guardian is quite simply the easiest way in which to change your life completely without long drawn out months or years of therapy. There are various methods out there which address ways to release us from our thoughts. People spend Hundreds of Dollars or Pounds on methods which totally miss the point.
Because our problems and issues seem like mountains to climb Human being think it takes a major effort to overcome their own particular problem. What if I told you that’s the farthest statement from the truth you could imagine?
You will read this method and learn it in minutes. Then take it with you for the rest of your life.

What anxiety medication do you take and how did you first know you needed medication?
I take Zoloft for my anxiety. I know it is an antidepressant, but it also works as an anitanxiety medicine.
I first discovered that I needed to take medication when I was in seventh grade and I realized that I had a bunch of irrational fears about dying. I didn’t tell my parents, and my anxieties took over my life. My grades started dropping and I quickly became depressed. Then, the next year in eighth grade, it was even worse. I almost failed eighth grade because I couldn’t concentrate. Still, I didn’t tell my parents. My parents yelled at me and I felt even worse about myself. My self esteem got even lower, and I was determined to fight my anxiety and pass high school. In night grade, I tried my hardest to push away my anxieties, and I found that I thought that I could fight them by doing certain rituals which I would perform when I felt anxious, like pulling my hair, squeezing my skin, among other things to get my mind off of it. I managed to pass 9th grade with C’s, but I wanted to do better than that. Then, in 10th grade everything came crashing down when I had an awful biology teacher who triggered my anxiety and I basically broke down. I would cry every night, I would have about three to four anxiety attacks a day, and I wouldn’t do my homework at all. I felt like I was in a funk that I coudln’t get out of. Then, on the last day of the second marking period, I faced my fears and went to my guidance counselor about my anxiety. She called my parents and my parents got me help. After about three weeks on Zoloft, I felt so much better. Now, my anxiety only comes up everyone once in a while, and I know who I can talk to about it.
If you are having any problems with anxiety, catch it before it gets worse. My anxiety took over my life and it got way out of hand. I got help though, and you can too. Talk to someone close to you and they will get you help, if you need it.
I hope this helps!

My Boss wont talk to me..I don’t know why. When he comes in in the afternoon I say Hi and he walks right by without even acknowledging me. If I try to talk to him or ask work related questions he turn his back to me when he answers. This started last week. At first his behavior irritated me, but nows it’s hurtfull. He is causing alot of stress and anxiety. I have an anxiety disorder and have been doing well keeping it under control. But lately I’ve been so stressed because of this. I just bought a house and now i’m worried about me job. The stress is literally making me feel ill. I can’t confont him about it because there is always someone with him in his office and if no one is scheduled to be working with him, he brings his wife in. who is very friendly toward me. I don’t know what to do. I do my job and do it well. What do I do??
Does your boss have a boss? If so you may want to talk to them.
If you fear your job is in jeopardy you should probably start looking for another job.
My husband used to have anxiety around our boss. They brought out the worst in each other whenever they were within 10 feet of each other. They either gave each other the silent treatment, or yelled at each other, or were very, very civil, which would give my husband chest pains. My husband finally went to the doctor who prescribed him anxiety medicine (alprozolam), and he took it whenever he knew he had to be around our boss. It definately helped. He only had to take it for a couple of months, then after that they got along much better.

Social Anxiety is actually a very common disorder which may occur when speaking in public or by just being in a public, in social anxiety unlike generalised anxiety disorder, anxiolytics (tranqulizers) do not help. What might be helpful in your case maybe a small dose of a blood pressure medicine (b-blocker) which does help with social Anxiety. Please see your physician for help with this treatable condition.
I am currently undergoing Acupuncture treatment for Depression & Anxiety. The Treatment is going ok, I seem to be really good then really bad, but have a lot of faith in Chinese Medicine so am bareing with it. I have currently had 6 sessions and have been great after some but bad after others. Can anybody advise how many treatments I will need to stabilize my moods, and to be free from Depression & Anxiety?
As things are getting better you should continue for at least another 6 sessions and then assess if you have improved even further; if you have then carry on, if your not it maybe that your accupunturist isnt the best and maybe you should consider seeing a different one.
Definately ask your current accupunturist about how much longer they think you may need.
From the sounds of things it seems to be helping you, if you have been depressed for a long time it may take quite a while for you moods to fully stabalise and you may continue to experiance mood swings for a while but this is just you body sorting itself out so dont worry.
The good news is that once your 100% well you probably wont relapse, especially if you have a 'top up' session every 6months or so after you finish your current treatment.
Please dont give up the treatment, chinese medicine is very powerful and much safer than conventional western treatments and more effective in the long run; so dont believe the sceptics who dont accept scientifically tested fact.
I wish you very success and hope you feel better soon. I had accupunture for a similar problem and it does work - just have faith
I have been diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder & anxiety. I struggle with it pretty bad, some weeks or months are better or worse than others. Sometimes I feel like I cannot control my mind or that my mind works against me by bringing to mind the exact thing that I dont want to think about. Now I will say I have seen documentaries on people with these disorders and there are definitely different degrees of it. So here is my question, can anyone who has experience with these disorders or is knowledgable about them tell me what works to suppress the symptoms or cure them all together. And I want to say I know medicine is a viable option but I dont want to go on medication, I am looking for advice on what works to suppress these symtoms without medication. And do the symptoms decease in time, cause during the bad episodes I believe this anxiety is ruining my life during those times it just gets so overwhelming.
If you don't want medication (which would help but not all the way), the most effective therapy (according to research) treatment is called response prevention (a cognitive-behavioral therapy), which basically involves the person gaining confidence (as another person answered above) in a systematic way. Understand that the more one gives in to OCD, the harder it is the next time, and the more the symptoms get worse. I would check for a therapist who is knowledgable in OCD and response prevention. Most other types of therapies will be slower.
The only problem with response prevention is the large amount of people who leave therapy early because of anxiety.
