Alright, I have a feeling that I had an anxiety attack 2 weeks ago.
I had this dizzy feeling, an my heart started to beat fast.
I was with my mom, Im 12.
I lied down on the bed, and drank water and felt better after 6-7 minutes
Well, the doctor didn’t know what I was having since it was only the first day, I am overweight, I weighed 68 kilos, and I am 5foot.
Though the day after I started losing weight, eating healthy.
I had another anxiety attack a few days after.
The 2 weeks are up, I haven’t had an anxiety attack in a while.
Though, I still have shortness of breath, and chest pain, and abit of numbness. I used to weigh 68, now I weigh 65.
If I continue losing weight, stayin healthy, and calm the heck down will thes ephysical symptoms go away? are there any natural treatments?
or do I need medical treatment?
People with experience said they didn’t need it, and used natural remedies to heal it.
Though I don’t know those natural remedies.
help ?
First off, talk to your parents. Secondly, a doctor might be able to help. As for natural remedies, there are many. A basic one, as simple as it seems, is to just lie in a hot tub and relax. This will free your mind. Now, there is also aromatherapy, which is becoming quite popular. Hollistic health is also an option. Lastly, just try and get out a bit, get your mind of whatever is bugging you, because clearly something is for you to have attacks like this. Live life!

ive had this chest pain for like 3 days…its not stabbing or anything…it kinda feels like gas is right where my heart is…my arm is NOT numb unless i fall asleep on it which always makes either one of my arms numb..i do suffer from anxiety..so does this sound serious or like its something like heartburn, gas or my anxiety acting up..thanks
Hi! I suffer from anxiety and get the same thing. I find it usually kicks up if I’m having a somewhat anxious day and have eaten something with a lot of acid, or if I’ve drank any kind of alcohol. Here was my first scenario: burning sensation, then I got somewhat of an anxiety attack, which triggers the airways to constrict. I just started taking deep breaths and calmed myself down. I took some Peptol Bismol (or my husbands Rolaids) and it worked. Dr. said it was something I had been eating or drinking recently that caused it. It will happen from time to time, I just re-evaluate what I had the past few days. Myself- I have to watch it when I eat any kind of tomatoes or pickles, everyone is different though. May want to check with the Doc just to make sure!
Also are they diffrent?

I'm a teen.
I know at my age nothing in love is set in stone.
Nothing should be too serious.
I've been hurt by love many times.
I just feel serious stress to the point of being physically sick whenever I think about failed or future relationships.
Its to the point where I feel like I'm going crazy..being obsessive. I can't even eat anymore without feeling sick about it.
: Thankfully, emotional debts don't accrue interest in quite the same way as the financial kind. Otherwise, we would never be free. You are now a little too keenly conscious of what you are owed and what may be owing to you. Make fewer calculations. Be more relaxed. Just do what feels right in your heart and never mind what your head says. Allow someone else the freedom to do the same. Then, slowly, all that now seems so complicated and uncomfortable will resolve itself amicably and easily. :::::::::::: :::::::
I work in an office and everyday I seem to get these reocurring symptoms for no reason at all it normally starts in the afternoon my heart starts racing and I get dizzy with a heavy headache which makes my eye sight poor and makes my clumsy. This is turn makes my irritable. What is this and why if there is no reason behind it should I get it my job isn’t stressful?
Your symptoms first need to be checked out by a medical doctor to rule out any physical causes.
If there are no apparent physical causes, it is likely that the symptoms you are experiencing are caused by anxiety. Sometimes anxiety can happen without any identifiable cause. The fact that your symptoms occur in the afternoon suggests that there may be a physical cause (like hypoglycemia) or a pattern that your body has been conditioned into.
If your symptoms are indeed caused by anxiety, you might find that relaxation techniques and calming self-talk are quite effective (see links below for information).
An excellent book on anxiety is “When Panic Attacks,” by David Burns. It describes several techniques for decreasing anxiety. I highly recommend this book.
I have included some links to my website for more information on anxiety symptoms and using relaxation to decrease stress and anxiety. On the relaxation downloads page there is a relaxation audio script entitled “Relaxation to Relieve Anxiety” that might be helpful for you.
Hope this helps!

I know what triggers my anxiety attacks, its when i hear a noise i’m not familiar with and i assume its coming from inside me.. typically a pounding noise, and i focus in on the noise which makes me forget to breathe which then gives me the feeling of my heart stopping. and even though i know this I can’t help but still feel overwhelmed. I get the “sense of impending doom” extremely bad.. I feel like i’m going to be taken from the world.. Its the worst feeling i have ever felt. When in reality (i’d like to hope) its just my anxiety. This happens to me 3 to 4 times a day and all “anxiety free” time, i spend worrying about it happening again. This has completely taken me out of my own life. Anyone please help?
Yes, you can self cure. Not everyone needs medication and not everyone responds to that or to therapy.
There’s a workbook on how to change this cycle you’re in. Fearless Living by Rhonda Britten. It’s a terrific book.
You can also try things like meditation, yoga, regular exercise, or swimming. Those things are good for becoming more relaxed and peaceful. Swimming is especially good at easing tension as it uses so many muscles. There are also some studies being done on the positive effects of simply submerging oneself in a pool as it mimics the comfort of being in your mother’s womb.
At some point you just have to realize that life will call your number when it is up. Until then you have a lot of living to do! Rhonda’s book will get you to understand that you can actually bring about the one thing you’re afraid of by refusing to face your fear. Negative thoughts and feelings negatively affect your body.

You are supposed to worship God on Sunday and everything but what if your social anxiety pains you every week? Any alternatives?
God doesn’t live in the church.
you can pray anywhere.
A good priest , vicar or pastor would come visit you if you requested it.
belief is in your heart don’t worry.
