The very very very first Dream Theater song I ever heard and fell in love with. But I bought it on iTunes and for some reason, they cut out the little solo at the end. And I’m kind of glad they did. Pics from google. Enjoy!

NOTE!
THIS IS NOT MY BEST RUN!
I can now get almost 5*s…still not great, but hey, I’ve had this game for 3 days now…and it’s the ps2…no dlc, no online, no fun (ya catch my drift…)
Anyways.
Here is a vid of me playing Panic Attack by Dream Theater on the new PS2 version of RockBand 2. As I said above, it’s not my best, video quality-wise or gameplay-wise. I was just in a rush to get this up on YouTube so I just used my digital camera and not my camcorder.
And this is the first video in a two part dewsy. I’m gonna wait about 3 months (or hopefully much less) and post another video of this same song with (hopefully) the same drumset. That way you can see how I improve with time. Just you all wait, this one will be in the 99% club before you know it! (….hopefully…)
This is the new standalone drumset for Rock Band 2 also. I just bought (and am getting used to) the two additional cymbals, hi-hat and crash). I use these occasionally in this video because of how sensitive (and lack thereof sometimes) and because they make gameplay much harder, considering now you have to think if the note is a cymbal or tom…unnecessary thinking, but fun nonetheless.
AND–I don’t want any critism about my technique. I’m new to this genre of songs (rb1 for ps2 consisted of mostly hihat backbeat crap) (…with few exceptions…*cough* won’t get fooled again (barely) *cough*) and so I will just get better with time. No “y0u suck fag” or “azurite would pwn you” ish. He could any day, believe me. This is just for fun, and I’m not looking to win awards or something (but if you feel like throwing cash at me, go right ahead!)
That is all. Enjoy!

It’s just the track with me playing, you won’t hear my drums.
Q:Why?
Because my mic is horrible (worst than my camera, which is really bad too).
Q:How long have I been playing drums?
1 week or so.
Q:Really?
Ok, if you insist, we can include ‘playing rock band drums’ then, so ‘in theory’ that would make it a year or more.
Lots of mistakes, and I’m missing quite a few drums / cymbals, but I do with what I have
GEAR
Set is a Tama Imperialstar
Cymbals are Sabians, the rock edition 4 cymbal pack (don’t remember the model).
Pedals are Twin Iron cobras, power glide.
Stands all came with the Imperialstar.
Sticks are Zildjian 5B something (their most popular sticks apparently).
GEAR
Hopefully I can tweak my settings and get my mic to pick up my own drums decently next time.
Q:WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE A ROBOT?!
I’m looking at the TV. I’m using the Rock band chart to play the song, that’s why my head barely moves.
Q: You use the crash when Mike Portnoy is using the ride.
I ride my crash sometimes because I like the sound, and I’m also too lazy to move my hand to the other side.
Q: Your left leg barely ever moves.
Rock band hasn’t teached me double pedal and hi-hat moves, so I’m still trying to get my left leg up to par with my right leg.

OMG OMG OMG…Finally!!!!
This is the hardest FC’able bass track on Rock Band 2, and it is now mine! I had a feeling my path was best…everyone was explaining their different paths, but mine ended up being 3K more than #1 so far.
GO BASS GO!!!!

Full band ESL2, played online.
Full playtime was 6h 20mins , without breaks.
All members were playing on expert
Drums = Donkeydood15
Guitar = Klotepino
Vocals = Justin122
Bass = x YaZu x
ESL2 = Endless setlist 2, 84 songs in a row.
Most songs on vocals were sightreads as were the bass tracks.
I haven’t really played the guitar since I bought my drums for RB1 a good time ago, so give me a break lol.
My calibration was not good, hence a lot of missing on easy parts. I fiddled around with the calibration after we played this set list and did a lot better. I should’ve calibrated the game for the guitar controller but I was more used to play wit 0,0 calibration in RB1 so I thought it would work the same in RB2….. oh how wrong I was.
…. also this was my second time playing this chart so go easy
