Can you help me to find some treatment for clinical depression and panic attacks?

By admin

I have been suffering for many years now. I am always dizzy, weak, whole body shivers, chest and heart always palpitates and panic attacks make me shiver always. I have been to many doctors and hospitals but they never treat me and now they say that i am out of my head
I am suffering and can you help me find some treatment for my condition, herbal, natural or any thing
thanks

I used to have panic attacks years ago. but no more. I went to my church elders and had the anoint my forehead with oil and pray for the panic attacks to go away. They did and the attacks stopped, but you must go to a God based, Bible based church where God is present. And believe me He is not always welcomed at some churches.
I used to have the same symptoms as you have, except I felt as if I were falling though a large tube and couldn’t reach the the walls to stop. I would break out into cold sweats and felt as if I were trapped on train tracks with a huge engine baring down on me with no way for me to escape. I would shake so hard that I could move enough chain link fence to make 25 dog runs. The doctor told me it was caused by extreme amounts of stress. I also was hyperventilating as well. That made it feel like a heart attack.
Since I don’t know if you believe in God, and He can put a stop to it. I will list below some places that might help some.

Lots of protein. No stimulants. Lots of running. Or you will want to die. Running solves most problems. We are animals. Get off your computer and act like an animal.

dizzyness is often caused by anxiety
A prozac type med may help a lot
a beta blocker med would calm your body
lie in a hot bath and breathe deep and slow, this calms you. avoid rapid shallow panting

panic attacks are controlled by disolving any valium type pill under the tongue when one starts

you sound quite normal to me, your problems were often wrongly treated in the past, nowdays, panic attacks are not considered serious

First of all do NOT tell anyone you are about to be on anti-depressants, because of how some people may REACT. Some people are just that way. (they love to make fun, you know)…so keep it private..

It will be less expensive to go to your Medical doctor who will give you anti-depressants to try…If one doesn’t work, ask her/him for another one to try. You will be fine…good luck!

a lot of people find the Lucinda Bassett program to be helpful. it’s expensive, but apparently it is available used for half price on ebay sometimes. you have to be sure to get the workbooks.

My home mental health worker says that of her clients who worked the program, they were all able to get off benzos except for maybe taking a pill once a month. they previously were taking them every day. So she is a big believer in this program.

Anxiety is not my primary problem, and so self-help books have been fine for me like the anxiety and phobia workbook by edmund bourne. I also do guided imageries, take hot baths, and have learned to breathe deeply and slowly when stressed.
