I don’t get many …
I don’t get many anxiety attacks. I can be stressed through the roof, but I’m good at controlling it. When I get an anxiety attack though, my lungs close up. I can’t breathe, and I start crying, for no reason whatsoever. It’s not normal. Or maybe it is. But one way or another it’s irritating. I hate crying -.- There ain’t no crying in football. Anyhow, these videos help me sleep, you got a sweet voice, and it’s nice to listen to. No one in my school sounds like that. Maine sounds much different.

In through the mouth and out through the nose is a way to slow down respiration in order to retain oxygen. The opposite, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, is the chi breathing formula. Both can be beneficial though.
