What is the best product for stress, anxiety and memory?
By adminWhat is the best product that you have tried?
For short term treatment of stress and anxiety I have found benzodiazepines really useful- however- they can only be used effectively in the short term as they are incredibly addictive and after a while you develop a tolerance to them and no longer get the same effect.
Other things that have been useful have been anti-depressants. i’ve been on a lot of different ones but for me venlafaxine has worked best so far. i have a friend who has found mirtazipine really good.
In terms of long term treatment of those symptoms i think something like cognitive behaviour therapy would be best.
There are many options and effectiveness varies from person to person. If you are struggling with these things do see your doctor and they will be able to suggest something for you.
Take care x

The best thing I’ve ever used is good old vitamin B-Complex with calcium and folic acid.
That and a good multivitamin really helped me. I swear by the B’s.
