Over the counter pills to treat anxiety/stress?

So today at work someone offered me a perscription drug called Perkacet? I took it because they said it really relaxes you, and Im really amazed how much it helped calm my anxiety, since I’ve had it since I was a young child. Im looking for an over the counter drug similar to it, that relaxes you and decreases stress and anxiety, something as effective. Thanks :)

At Walmart you can probably find one called Sam-E. Online you’ll find alot more choices. Herbal remedies and supplements created for anxiety and stress .
