I’m suffering from terrible anxiety and stress that’s starting to manifest physically, HELP ANY ADVICE?

I have a lot going in my life and I feel like the stress and anxiety is consuming my life. When things go wrong or I even think about the possibility of them going wrong immediately I get a severe migraine resustant to any medication and severe stomach cramps. I’m avoiding dealing with several situations and people because I’m scared to deal with my problems and issues for fear of letting them down or because it’s more than I want or can deal with right now. Any advice?

Dear One, I am recommending therapy for you. Problems will persist unless you take control over them and get some counseling. Anxiety is a result of not tending to your issues. The reason that you are suffering physically is because you are not dealing with your aniexty in the right way and it has to get out somehow. I had aniexty problems for years, and have to admit I am still a bit of a worrier. However, I have found ways to deal with my stresses that has lessend the effects phycially and emotionally. You can always go and talk to someone- it helps if they are not related to any part of a situation in your life, Sometimes just getting things out does WONDERS. You can try excersising which releives a lot of stress. Trying activites you enjoy, reading, writing, music, yoga, cooking. Etc. And if all else fails you can try some medication, or herbal vitiamins that have been proven to reduce anxiety.

It seems that you have had a break down of some sort? It is as if you have lost control? You need to sit down in a quiet place and just focus on youro breathing nothing else… don’t think about your problems just focus on your breathing and be at the sea or pretend to be a bird and feel that freedon…

I have depression,ocd,and gad(Generalized Anxiety Disorder) which is so debilatating.* The Psychiatrists will give you something like Xanan, Klonopin, Ativan, these will only help until your body gets used to them, then you are stuck again but, also have an addiction to whatever they put you on, I have found the L-Theanine, Valarian Root, help, also try to breath deep, it seems we hold our breath or just don’t breath deep enough this will bring on one. The stomach problems sound like it could be irratable bowel syndrome which I also have the best thing is to get these pills over the counter to stop the cramping I’ve forgotten the name but they can tell you, Gosh, I am so sorry this has practically destroyed my life, if you are young you need to start researching alternative ways to handle it, maybe meditation, I can’t seem to shut my head up, but I’ll try anything. My daughter had her chakras balanced she has been more relaxed since then, but. check around in your area to see whats available if you can do it without Prescription Meds, I think you are better off in the long run.
