meditate. it helps. go speak to a therapist as well. lastly, if needed get prescribed a medication that works for you. but i would suggest the first couple ideas on the list first.

You have allot of things here, I would tell you to see your doctor asap. You might benefit from some medication for anxiety/depression, etc.

That’s a very tough thing to stop instantly. It will take time.
But for a "here && now" cure, try meditating!
Find a secluded area, away from the noise of machines, vehicles and other people. Sit down, ankle-under-knee (or Indian-style as they taught in primary school), keeping your back straight up and down. Close your eyes. Hold your hands out to either side of your body, palms up. Touch the tip of your middle finger to the tip of your thumb if you like. Take slow, deep breaths, and try to think of nothing.

You can do this for as long or as short as you’d like. However, I recommend at least 10 minutes at a time, 3 times per day!
