How to deal with stress, anxiety, panic and etc?

I need some help so it doesn’t ruin my life.

Recently I have been dealing with Stress, Anxiety and Panic. I have been making big deals out of small things, I basically jump at my own shadow. But I’ve managed to stop it and take back control over my emotions.

So the next time you feel stress, just relax, calm down, take 3 slow and deep breaths through your mouth, and say to yourself "I can do this, this is NOT a big deal"

The next time you feel anxiety just stop, think, tell yourself "There’s nothing to worry about", ease your mind, put it at rest. Think of something else, take your mind away from the problem, but it on something happy and something that you can enjoy.

And when you panic, again just stop and relax for a second, tell yourself "There’s nothing to fear" close your eyes and count backwards from 5, and take a deep breathe then open your eyes.

If it’s that bad, you should seek professional help from a psychologist or psychiatrist. There are drugs to treat panic and anxiety disorders. Buspar is the most commonly prescribed.

Yoga
Take slow long breaths in and out
Go for a walk by yourself let things flow
Take a long bath to just relax and attempt not thinking about anything
Stop overanalyzing
After every situation slow it down & remember to take things in calmly.
*I know from experience anxiety and stress can result in physical harm towards your body. Your body takes into consideration every emotion!
*also laugh for about 30 seconds each day even if nothing is funny even towards yourself! Gives you energy and tricks your body into feeling better!!! :)
