How does anxiety and stress affect your sex drive and mind?

Quick synopsis, I'm a guy,I have been attracted to women my whole life, but have been dealing with alot of sexual confusion as of late.I find other men attractive and i'm a little bi-curious, but its been giving me anxiety like no other. Now when i masturbate i get nervous, almost afraid that im not going to like watching porn, also im freaked out about having sex with another girl and that i might not like it anymore… I just broke up with my girlfriend of 4 years.. Is it normal to have fear and stress mess with your mind, has anyone else ever had this feeling before? This has only been going on for about a month but it has over taken my life…
