I know it is hard, but focus on the specifics of the test and not on the unknown outcome.  It takes practice but the more you focus on the content, the less time you have to worry about the results.  Be as prepared as you can be.  Also, learn about your teachers testing style.  The more you know going in the more comfortable you will be.  Having a little stress is good.  It keeps you alert and shows that you want to do your best.  Your idea about some sort of exercise is a great idea.  Good luck. what I do is just work myself into a state where I don't really give a sh*t
I just treat it like an ordinary test with little importance and I try to do my best
just use your willpower and convince urself your exams don't matter
