Can sitting around all day, watching tv, make stress & anxiety worse?
ByIf you have no job and do not exercise, does living as a couch potato turn stressful?
Well, the more time there is to think the more time you’re giving yourself to allow yourself to think about stuff…

Sitting around all the time could make you more stressed because you have more time to think and worry. Best to always keep yourself busy.

Yes sitting around def makes it a lot worse. Watching t.v. can be okay at least your brain is thinking about something else. The problem with anxiety, which is what i have, is that i can’t just sit around stuff. Even though i feel bored and i just wanna lay in bed it’s hard because all you’re going to do is think about all these things you worry about, even if you don’t want to, your brain will push thoughts into your head even if you don’t want them. I know this sounds cliche but exercise exercise exercise. It releases natural endorphins that will make you feel better. You do not have to go run a mile but some walking or a 15 minute work out will help a lot.

It can cause stress and tiredness. Try to find something to do. It’s not interesting to live in such a way, doing nothing.
