Am I in menopause at 37 please help me?
ByPlease help I feel like I'm losing my mind I am 37 years old and have been having hot flashes, extreme anxiety, awful temper every little thing will set me into a rampage and I don't know what is wrong with me could I be going through perimenopause I don't have insurance so I cant go to the dr so please don't tell me to go that will set me off to. Could this be perimenopause? Do the home menopause tests work pretty accurately and how do they work? Where can I get one ?Thanks
Before menopause—your final period—the ovaries gradually stop producing estrogen. This decline in the level of estrogen in your body can cause a variety of physical symptoms, including irregular periods, hot flashes, and night sweats, as well as vaginal dryness that can lead to atrophic vaginitis if untreated.
For a natural hormone replacement , i suggest you try naturapause.

I don't know about the home test, but you can go to Planned Parenthood (there's one in every city), and they will be able to help you. Its a free clinic ran by the government for women without insurance. They do ALL testing there.
