The Difference between anxiety chest pain and a heart attack?
Byplease help
The main difference is that you can stop or reduce chest pain from anxiety by sitting in a comfortable chair, relaxing/unclenching all your muscles, and taking a series of slow, deep, relaxed breaths for several minutes. If you do this for several (and actually relax the whole time) you should at least see some improvement if the problem is caused by anxiety. This isn’t a foolproof method - some people can’t relax enough to bring anxiety under control, so it doesn’t mean you have heart problems if this doesn’t work.

Heart attack feel light a warm tight hug, as your lungs fill with water. You’ll have pain in one arm too. Anxiety may have a tight chest and reason to be anxious.
