I've had anxiety attacks myself, so I know how you feel.
One minute, you're just fine and then out of the blue, you feel like you can't breathe and that you're going to faint.
Although your heart IS racing and pounding and you DO feel like you're about to lose consciousness, you have to remember that you're actually completely fine and healthy.
When it starts to happen, just close your eyes, and start to take deep breaths- in through your nose, out through your mouth. Count slowly in your mind from 1 to 10.
Don't worry, it will pass. And remember not to let little things stress you out either.

Anxiety is caused by our thoughts. It is brought on by our constant negative chit chat that goes on in our minds. Every morning you wake up do some affirmations to change your thoughts. The more you do them the quicker the result. You have to re-train your brain by constantly telling it positive good thoughts. Look in the mirror and say something like: I have amazing health and am going to live a long, abundant life. Change your thoughts and you will change your life it's that simple. Nothing more nothing less. We are what we think! No drug will change that, which is what the doctor's are so quick to prescribe.
Good luck! Best of all it's free and you can start immediately. Your brain will eventually believe what you keep telling it and you won't be anxious any more. Go on, start now!
