Are there any symptoms of severe anxiety or disorders?

Trouble sleeping, digestive problems, problems concentrating, depression, lack of energy, weight gain/loss, tingling in the left arm and lots of others.

Anxiety disorder has physical symptoms which include fast heart rate (tachycardia), sweating, shortness of breath along with feelings of anxiety.

yes, walking backwards and forwards, not being able to rest or relax.

Yes there are,
Here are some of the more common ones:
For physical symptoms: Heart Pounding, Cold Sweating, Muscle Aching, Fatigue, Insomnia, Stomach Upset
For psychological symptoms: You should be able to feel it for yourself, worry, anxiety, apprehension, fear are just some of them.
Note that just because you have one of the above it does not mean that you have severe anxiety or any sort of disorders. Your doctor or psychologist will be able to give you a thorough diagnosis, go see him/her as soon as possible.
