What type of conditioning in the brain causes anxiety and self torment?
ByBesides insecurities of course
A victim mindset, when one thinks they are being controlled by outside forces and that they have no control over who they are as a person.
This leads to self-torture. An outsider looking at a schizophrenic, for an example, is able to see that the schizophrenic’s paranoia and delusions are made-up.
Nearly everyone has blind spots when viewing themselves, that another person can see in us, they can see our "holes" so to speak.

stressors and a lack of dopamine in comparison to your average amount. i’m not a professional but i believe it is the tenseness of muscles that make up our brains that constrain the vessels, blocking the pathway that allows the flow of chemicals like dopamine.
