Is restlessness a symptom of depression or anxiety?
ByDo some anxiety meds cause restlessness?
Yes it can be a symptom of both,but I have never heard of anxiety meds causing restlessness.

If I am remembering you are taking Stelazine, right? Stelazine causes a feeling of restlessness. It is called akathesia. You should talk to your doctor about it.

It can actually be a symptom of both and several other mental health conditions. Have you been diagnosis-ed by a doctor or counselor?
A couple of things you could do is go to the following sites and look up various diagnosises. and look up symptoms.
