Could the separation of my parents have caused my anxiety?

By admin

My parents divorced when i was around 5-6 years old and i stayed with my father and my twin brother and had no contact with my mother at all till about 1 year ago (i am currently 14 years old and female) and found out that she is financially struggling and has health problems and many other problems that have developed over time .Since their separation until now i have been suffering from constant anxiety that can range and anxiety attacks .
And how do i deal with my anxiety ?what should i do about it ?

Relationship problems at early age can really hamper your mental growth.
But not much to worry, now that you are grown up, try to get over it.
Accept your past first, everyone has problems, you just need to find a solution or an alternative.
Make yourself strong first, take care of yourself and only then you can take care of other things and people that you want to.

The guide below is a Stress Management e-book that can be very useful to you, which will shape your persona beautifully along with making you emotionally strong and good!!

All the best!

Hello there,

ANXIETY is a sign of FEAR, may be fear of dealing with people because they may know all our insecurities (difficulties in our lives which is not our fault)

Divorce, seperation, or what ever, you must know that it is not your fault and have nothing to be ashamed of. You are still PERFECT no matter what. KEEP THAT IN YOUR MIND EVERY DAY.

God commanded us to THINK and BELIEVE that we are more than PERFECT because he created us with his BREATH (which is the spirit of God), saved us with the blood of Jesus and has given us the Holy Spirit to help us beleive that we are perfect. What more do we need?

You MUST start thinking the way God wants us to think, that we are PERFECTLY made. You are PERFECT no matter what you look like or what you have done.

1. REPEAT in your mind to your self that you are PERFECT every moment (dont say it out, THINK it in your mind. stop now and repeat it 20 times in your head befor you go to the next point)

2. Dont FEAR what people will say or think

3. REPEAT in your mind every moment that you are PERFECT

4. Pray to holy spirit to help you to keep thinking this way.

you will be feeling happy in a few weeks. Remember, this will be your way of thinking for the rest of your life

God bless and help you
