Can lack of sleep cause anxiety and paranoia?
By
Sleep deprivation can result in an altered mental state of mind. Essentially, a great many things can come from a lack of rest, including decreased energy, fatigue, and decreased mental alertness. My advice to you? Get some well earned rest and keep yourself hydrated.

A gentleman that I went to college with was in the Navy and went through hell week and in a one week period without sleep and extreme physical exertion people can develop paranoia, anxiety, and even experience hallucinations. But just one or two days without sleep and only light exertion should not cause those things.
