anointment of the sick for severe dizziness and nausea caused by anxiety?
Byor is the anointment only for really physically sick people?
Anxiety has many causes, including outside influence. Yes, the prayers of others (along with the rite) can help in those cases.
But the person afflicted needs to find the source of anxiety. It could be lack of sleep brought about by a chemical imbalance in the body causing depression. The person needs to seek professional help as well, especially if that could be the cause.

Anointing of the Sick (also known as last rites) is a sacrament that is generally, but not always, reserved for the terminally ill.

The Sacrament is traditionally practiced for those who are about to die. But it still can be used in other circumstances with the Bishops approval.

I anoint myself when I’m sick or hurting and I anoint my house to cleanse it from all evil. The name Jesus Christ means Gods Saviour The Anointed One. The Bible tells us for healing to go to the elders, which means those mature in Gods Word and ask them to anoint you and pray for you. You can buy you some olive oil and put some in a small container and ask God to bless the oil for your healing. Take a little dab of the oil and rub it on the area or on your forehead and in the name of Jesus ask for healing. It’s not the oil that heals you, but your belief that Christ is the anointed one and He will heal. The use of the oil is symbolic in your belief that Jesus Christ can heal and cleanse.
