i know exactly how you feel. i’ve been there. still go there sometimes. i’m 30. though i’m lucky; i’ve been taking xanax and it’s been helping me immensely. are you seeing a psychologist or just taking meds? because i think seeing a psychologist is the best way to get real help, not just the security blanket kind of help you get from meds. and i’m sure there is help for you; don’t ever give up until you find it because you WILL find it.
best of luck and brightest blessings to you

Are you trying some alternatives to help with your anxiety. A relaxed mind set helps immensely with anxiety. You need to learn to relax, try yoga, or some form of exercise or meditation. We all at different times revert back to our childhood actions, thats no big deal. Relax about your condition and you might find that alone helps with your anxiety. Just because this is happening now doesn’t mean you will be in this state in a years time. You really need to find something that relaxes you and allows you to handle things stress free. While you stress, you are not helping your anxiety attacks. Good Luck!!!

I take lexapro and wellbutrin for anxiety and depression. Panic attacks are probably the worst thing I’ve ever experienced, I literally wanted to pull my skin off, as if that would help. I’ve had two bad bouts with it, both times I threw up at least once a day for over a month before it subsided. I’ve had anxiety so bad I’ve temporarily lost my vision.
Medication can help, but even with it it’s a daily battle. I’ve learned I have to accept it. I can’t always stop the anxiety but I WILL NOT let it control me. It’s like a big bully. You have to tell it, "You can beat me up all you want, do whatever you want to me, but I will not give in." I’ve found fighting the anxiety makes it worse. Don’t fight it, accept it, do not be afraid of it.

There is much more that can be done to help you. Check out the self-help section of the public library and find books about anxiety. There are whole books about what you can do to help yourself that do not involve medication. If you feel you need a medication adjustment you should see your doctor, as there are lots of medications for anxiety.

know a friend who’s been to quite few psychiatrists and then reseached quite a lot on the internet as he had anxiety and tried a product that involves no medicine, all natural.
It revolutionerised anxiety as its now the leading cure and he said it totally worked for him and for a quite a few people he knew!
