Why do I wake up earlier then normal with terrible anxiety and terrible heatburn?
ByLAtely ive been waking up at 8 regardless when I go to bed. and when i wake up i usually have the worst heatburn ever or ill throw up and i have terrible anxiety. I do have ocd and i have been stressing about something that happened but even when i think im over it i wake up and feel the same way still. please help!
Heya, it at least sounds like you need to drink some milk or something alkaline before bed to help with the heartburn, but waking up that anxious isn’t something to ignore or treat yourself. It’s almost certainly a form of anxiety.
Please tell your parents or any family member who can advise you, and see your doctor. A doctor is the only person who can diagnose you accurately and professionally, and help! People on here can only offer you ideas and support which is good, but a doctor is your best bet. I hope it gets sorted out very soon hun.
