What are some things i can do to cope with my anxiety?
By adminWell i have never been to a doctor about it but i think i have anxiety. mostly during an uncomfortable situation or when i start to feel sick. Anyway i start to have stomach aches and sometimes dizziness. I have a fear of throwing up so the stomach aches make it worse. I usually chew some strong minty gum and that helps. but what are some other natural remedies?
You need to learn how to relax. Try some deep breathing exercises or the progressive relaxation technique, learn meditation - it’s a good way to calm the mind. Exercise is good for calming the mind, so is distracting yourself by listening to music or watching something funny on TV.
Some natural remedies to try include the herbs valerian and passionflower, or the amino acid L-theanine.

I went through a period of anxiety and I found Swedish massages. I loved them so much I ended up going to school to be a massage therapist. If you can afford $50-60 a week, I recommend them. Don’t go to a spa to get them though because they are way more expensive.

Have you ever tried Yoga? I’ve personally never tried it but I’ve heard from many people that it helps you learn how to cope with stress and anxiety. I know many woman go simply because they are more flexible than men are but I’ve seen many men do yoga themselves. Give it a try, what do you got to lose right?
