I need anxiety steps to be typed here…How do I treat anxiety and OCD? Please help?

By admin

I can’t stop worrying these days…and I also can’t stop thinking negative thoughts. I need steps for how to treat my anxiety, my OCD and my negative thoughts. How do I do it?

P.S. By the way, this problem started when I started worrying that I might not be able to enjoy stuff. I kept worrying yesterday that I might not be able to enjoy sexual things, but it seems to be getting slightly better just now.

Try to think of positive thoughts instead of the negative ones keep telling yourself that you’re gonna be fine and its not as bad as your making it out to be (whatever the negative thoughts are) take deep calming breaths.. watch a movie or tv show to keep busy, writing down your feelings and thoughts might make you feel better or write poems, talk to friends or family members and if you cant talk to someone you know there are websites you can join to talk with others that have anxiety or OCD about your anxiety and OCD ill post some links below..I hope that helps :)

Okay i have anxiety and i kno its terrible and distracts u from ur real life. Ive learned to keep myself busy with things i like, like movies and games. Goin out with friends alwaysssss makes me feel better too. Take deep breaths if u have anxiety attacks and CONVINCE ur mind that youre chill and everythings fine. If its really bad, talk to a doctor they can prescribe u medication. Good luck! Think happy thoughts and keep ur head up :)
