I have SEVERE anxiety, about everything and nothing. How can i help myself?
ByI’m always shakibg my leg, my hearts always racing and so are my thoughts. It really affects me life… Please help!

Do some light exercises and activity:
Try some light exercise or a light sport. Deep breathing exercises like breathing in from one nostril and exhaling from the other would definitely relax you. Light sport like swimming or bicycling would indeed be refreshing and rejuvenating. Even meditation and yoga helps you to calm your nerves and chalks out all the stress.
Keep an anxiety diary. Get organised in your fight for recovery. Keep a daily diary of your mood hour by hour.
Severe anxiety may only be able to be treated by a professional and/or medication. see your doctor if you are worried about your condition. good luck

What have you tried already?
Options would be therapy - cbt or other therapies.
Meds such as an ssri
Herbs and supplements such as sjw/5htp/vitamins/alternative remedies
Or a combination of meds OR herbs (can’t usually be taken together) alongside therapy

You might check on about how much caffeine you use, in colas, coffee, lattes, etc. Too much can cause such physical reactions. Also, you may have high blood pressure, check with a doctor.
As to your leg shaking, that may be just a normal nervous response of the nerves, when relaxing.
As to mental or emotional anxiety: Don’t sweat the small stuff. AND ACTUALLY EVERYTHING IS SMALL STUFF. except, of course, crime, prison, or other legal problems.
But I really think it is the caffeine, or unconscious nervous reactions to certain worries or fears, which may be normal, or if not normal, then talk to someone.
You are a very pretty girl, and, unless you are a Pisces or have Pisces in your astrological chart, you should be cheerful. If you have Pisces, then you need to get books on Astrology and get to know yourself better.
