Depression? Anxiety? Help me out, guys.?
ByI’m a naturally happy guy, a true optimist. I wake up and see that it’s a beautiful morning and that makes me smile; I see that it’s a rainy morning and I love the beautiful sounds, or a gray and cloudy day and I love the colors. I’ve never woken up unhappy…until now.
I had been staying up late but waking early for a job, so I was getting <7 hours of sleep a night, but I didn’t see it as a problem. After a couple weeks of this, however, I started feeling sad or upset, drained of energy, I couldn’t fall asleep when I wanted too, but when I slept for really long amounts of time when I did, and not regularly either, reduced sex drive, and later a sense of hopelessness. These are major symptoms of a depression disorder. They would come in waves between 3-5 hours long, generally, but I found I could fight them off by hanging out with friends of something, or at least push them to the back of my head.
Every couple of days I’d say, "I’m done with this" and I’d feel better, but then they’d start up again. A bit after that, my symptoms changed. Instead of periods of intense unhappiness, I just get general unhappiness for longer, but not nearly as bad. In addition, I would occasionally by irritable or my heart would start beating really quickly.
I had another period of happiness, four days, and now my heart’s beating has become more pronounced. It’s noticeably stronger - I can sometimes see it beating by vibration in my stomach if I really look - and at times will quicken. In addition, I’m still not completely happy, but doing better.
So lemme ask you all…What’s wrong with me?
Also, my grandfather suffers from anxiety and my aunt depression, if that helps.
It is kind of difficult just to say you are depressed because you don’t mention any reason for that. It could be a physical problem. Have you been checked up by you physician recently? Sometimes the symptoms you mention is related to a physical condition not a mental condition.
Try and get a complete check up including the thyroid gland because some of the symptoms could be from a problem with that.

I have alot of the same problems , and symptoms i dint want to be dooped on medication that makes me a zombie so i smoke pot i found it helps me greatly without having to take the bs they press on ppl now days that can actually Enhance the effects of depression or anxiety plus it tires me out so sleeping not a prob .
i truly be live in the power of pot as a safer way to unwind may bee do a lil relaxing.

Do these bouts of anxiety and depression appear to stem from being around anybody in particular?? Do you feel suddenly anxiious and blue when you start your shift at work or go visit your aunt or grandfather?? It is entirely possible that you are absorbing somebody else’s pain and stress…. and carrying it around as though it’s your own without realising from whence it’s come ….. (an empath)….try something for me ……. next time you get low and stressed either notice whose company you are in and remove yourself or say to yourself that "this isn’t my pain and stress … i don’t own it"….. or both….. this would explain why you feel better when you hang out with people who you have fun with … hang out with your mates more often …. key to happiness ~ work out the things you don’t like doing and DON’T do them… then work out the things that rock your socks off and you do like doing and do them A LOT.

I know how it is. I’ve been in this situation so many times where I just felt lost and had no idea where I was going in life. It made me depressed and my quality of life was just at an all time low. I’m 36 years old and have been struggling with these issues for over a decade. I just don’t know what is wrong but I’ve been able to adapt and get everything back from when I was younger, I’m talking 17-18 when I felt I was in my prime with my sex life. This one I just wanted to see if it worked cause it was suppose to increase your semen quality and amount. So right there I’m thinking damnn that must give you one hell of an orgasm. This was semenax, and I fiddle with it every once in a while when I want to load my wife up. She’s always impressed with the amount and she even says it tastes better!! yippy if you know what I mean. Overall, I’m so glad I took the herbal route of keeping my sex life up to par.

time you all took note
what is vitally important is to choose your healing route- for this problem —– carefully from good information—that means knowing druggs/meds treatment for this can/will be damaging to your mind and body .drugs only mask the symptoms they do not cure.
This info well –it will save —years of suffering = if you apply it ..
All treatment recommended by the doctors should be tested and approved and quite rightly so.
That makes sense
It costs millions of pounds to test and approve just one treatment.

1,get someone to massage your back and legs at least 3 times a week use peanut oil or a mix of 50-50 olive and peanut oil.
