Could too much stress at work and school intensify social anxiety?
By adminI have always been shy, but I used too interact without stress before I started working over 40 hours a week and going to college full time. I have found myself too stricken to interact and form intimate and non-intimate relationships with women since my intense work load began. Could this be intensifying what was a minor social anxiety before, or is just another excuse for the fact that I am horrible person? Please help by answering this,
Sincerely AudaciousFool

Try some marijuana and see if it helps. Nothing to lose really. You can’t get addicted to it and it’s far less harmful than alcohol and tobacco. Plus if you don’t like it then you can just sleep it off for an hour or two and never do it again.
Marijuana has been proven to reduce anxiety and make you more outgoing.
