too funny! My name is Randy also! Being Asperger autistic and formally schizophrenic, I will go out on a limb and say the only thing that kept me from extreme violence was medical mary jane. Later I discovered what make mental illness in physical definitions. It is called gluten intolerance. Between the gluten free diet and medical marijuana, I have become the enemy of all psychiatry.

You need to look at the condition called mal absorption and Celiac Sprue.

I have social anxiety… But sometimes I overcome it… So I was at a club and dancing… Got these numbers, talked to a woman and asked her out. She wants to go out!! Wow…

I’m thinking of taking her to a bar, maybe movie. How do I keep myself together though… This woman is gorgeous…

Why take her to the bar, when you can take her to a movie? By the way, as far as nervousness, it varies from person to person. I wonder how medication for it would help. If there is some, I need it myself.

Help me with my anxiety please?

I have my freshman orientation tomorrow. And I am terrified. I have anxiety kinda bad. I’m always worried I’ll be sick wherever I go. It’s horrible. What can i do tonight and tomorrow so that I calm down.

If you believe in God pray before you go and get strength. Understand that it is good that you are aware of this problem and you are looking for solutions. Good! Yes anxiety is such a pain in the neck , but you will be able to master it. You are going to go to bed and say to yourself, " I am going to bed and have a good sleep, and tomorrow I will wake up and I will decide to confront my fears once and for all." You won’t use any pills or tea or anything. You control your mind, your mind has to obey you . Don’t let your fears to intimidate you. You are in control. You will be amazed how many people love you , and how any students feel the same way you are feeling and they need your help. So go ahead and conquer your fears so that you can help others. God bless you.

I’m always shakibg my leg, my hearts always racing and so are my thoughts. It really affects me life… Please help!

Do some light exercises and activity:
Try some light exercise or a light sport. Deep breathing exercises like breathing in from one nostril and exhaling from the other would definitely relax you. Light sport like swimming or bicycling would indeed be refreshing and rejuvenating. Even meditation and yoga helps you to calm your nerves and chalks out all the stress.
Keep an anxiety diary. Get organised in your fight for recovery. Keep a daily diary of your mood hour by hour.
Severe anxiety may only be able to be treated by a professional and/or medication. see your doctor if you are worried about your condition. good luck
