How do i cure my anxiety?

Posted by: admin | Comments (7)

Well, i think i’m either paranoid or i have anxiety issues. I supposed to go back to school at the end of august but i don’t want to because i’m really shy and i have lots of problems making friends.

The only way to conquer your fear is to face it.You can do this with or without help.

I recommend cocoa rich chocolate to help you fight your anxiety.I found it to be the most effective aid in conquering my fears.

Cocoa rich chocolate.Cocoa contains natural substances that reduce stress and pain and create a feeling of pleasure in your brain and increase your brain activity. How long effects last depends on how much you consume.Only a few pieces of high cocoa chocolate reduces your pain, anxiety or stress for most if not all day.Lindt exellence is my recomendation. The best chocolate you can buy and affordable to most people. You can find it in any store with large selection of items. The applications of cocoa are very wide ranging from consuming it before a dentist appointment to reduce pain and fear from the drill. It is very effective.

Well I just wanted to let you know things that I’ve been observing and doing for the past year that has helped me so much with bipolar, depression, anxiety. Seriously, I can’t even sleep for days without my heavy loads of medication, but these ways of doing things really helps with all of this. At first I thought it wouldn’t help then, I just tried and found it really helped. Here are some things that naturally helps that you can do on your own.

First of all never call your self sick or label yourself. You must accept yourself also. Just treat yourself for your symptoms, like a cold in a way. Notice your symptoms, like when you notice a cough, treat it, but don’t obsess over it, and you’ll notice improvement the best. Remember things can always be worse so make the most of what you can as you try to improve your situation.

To feel better you have to want it and believe you’ll be okay, and once you believe it and want it, you’ll start asking people questions and be interested on your own on how to be stable. You’ll also feel a relief that you will find help soon enough. All the help you need is within yourself and other places out there.

The body works by chemical reactions and foods are chemicals consumed to help the body carry on things that the body needs to do. So it’s important to get all nutrients needed. Take half a multi-vitamin a day, try taking vitamin b-stress complex daily, and take omega 3-6-9 supplements which is proven to help with nourishing the brain.Take it for a few weeks and you’ll notice the difference.

Also, mood problems can occur from hormonal imbalances, like low thyroid levels.
It is also very important to get sunlight daily which helps boost the mood. Exercise helps boost the mood and and take care of excess energy. It helps with better sleep at night.

Make sure you sleep and wake up at a regular schedule. Sleep is very important to help the mind heal and to be in a good mood. Get 8hrs of sleep each night. No more than ten because too much sleep can make you feel groggy.

Another thing is try to change any negative or stressful thought you have to an optimistic one. Even if it doesn’t feel like you believe it, tell yourself you believe it. I once was told everything is love, atleast some sort of love, and everything else is your own perception. Jealousy, hate anger, resentment takes away calmness from people, and a sense of peace in ones’ mind is important. it’s also important to have a general love for humanity.

Also stay away from stimulating things, no hair spray, markers, chocolate, tea, coffee, horror flicks. Anything that causes that high or rushed feeling causes stress on the body.

I’m diagnosed with bipolar from three different doctors. This information works for anyone

Well done on discovering the power of pma!
I used to suffer badly from depression, but after realising that negativity can only affect me if i allow it to, i have changed my life for the better. I ditched my partner(he insulted me so often i almost believed him), and began to realise that I AM a strong, capable, intelligent person, and my life has really improved.
Instead of relying on medication, however, I’ve found that exercise has really boosted my mood and self esteem. I’ve even lost a bit of weight, which is an added bonus!

other than the usual questions and answers by your doctor?

If you’ve already done the usual tests that are offered by the doctor, you could try some online tests such as the one below.

However, in my experience both as a counsellor and someone who has experienced depression, the important thing is to get some understanding of how your feelings are having an effect on your life. Remember that having a diagnosis, measure or having someone put a label on your feelings, is not a cure in itself.

It’s likely that you know whether you are experiencing mental pain, and that you have a pretty good idea that this is having an impact on your life.

The important thing is to work out what triggers you off with your feelings, notice how you tend to behave when you’re feeling this way and get help. This may be in the form of medication, but this is not necessarily the complete answer.People who experience anxiety and depression often find their own ways to address the issues, that after all are personal and different between individuals.

These methods are usually a combination of a regular lifestyle activity, such as looking after how you eat, sleep, exercise and socialise. This might sound obvious, but actually difficult to do when you’re depressed and anxious- all the more reason to try to pay attention to it.The other area is to have some resources you can turn to when you’re having a crisis, and feel very anxious or depressed- this might be a helpline, a counsellor etc.

The fact you’ve asked the questions says to me that you’re worried about yourself. Go back to your doctor and tell them how you’re feeling, and specifically how this is affecting your life. It’s crucial that you let someone know exactly how bad it is for you- but please don’t rely entirely on medication.

theres just a lot of things going on in my life right now. I become stressed almost everything but im more mad at my nervousness. going to like a sports practice, going to school, getting called to the office, anything like this…i just get so nervous and scared and stress builds up. Now i feel like im paranoid because its like i always expect something is out to get me or i like sense something is gonna happen to me.

Is there a way to get rid of nervousness/stress/anxiety without pills?

Sounds like you may need a personal relationship with God. There is peace with God. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him. Forever means without end — time on and on without death. Forever is what happens after we die. Either we go to heaven and be with God forever, or we go to hell which is very bad and painful forever. The good people who are saved believers in Jesus Christ go to heaven. The bad people go to hell. We need to know and follow God in this world to get to heaven in the next world. Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is our bridge to God. Jesus died on the cross to cancel our sins. We need to accept Jesus into our life as our Lord and Savior forever to receive God’s blessing and forgiveness plus go to heaven to be with God forever after we die. This is about being a born-again Christian. Faith in God is a gift from God. You can pray for faith in God. Just speak out and ask God for the faith to believe in Him and to follow Him. Some people find faith in God when they realize the beauty in the world is made by God. Evolution can’t explain the world’s natural beauty, for example, the parks in the world, animals, flowers, peacocks, sunsets, butterflies, rainbows, etc. After you have your faith on, you can pray a sinner’s prayer to be a born-again Christian. This prayer is very important and should be said with a sincere heart and faith in God. This is the prayer: "Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that Jesus Christ is the sacrifice for our sins. I have done the following sins (state these out) and I pray to discontinue these sins. I pray to receive Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior forever. In Jesus’ name, amen." You could find a Christian church and try it out. I’m Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. Some churches do a Bible study group, and these are a good way to find out more about God and His will for your life. God bless.

in other words, having the ability to feel something or for see something dangerous ahead can cause severe anxiety? If so, then why should paranoia or anxiety have negative connotations to it?

Anxiety is not strictly associated with the negative… a person can be anxious for positive events like a wedding, graduation, or to see if they won the lottery. Intuition, anxiety and paranoia have similar traits but I think the difference lies in the frequency of occurrence, the persons state of mind and the results of the anticipated event.

To explain: When one is considered paranoid it’s usually because they anticipate the negative (state of mind) regularly (frequency) even though the negative rarely happens to them (results).

When one is anxious it’s usually because an event will certainly occur (results) but they’re ready - or afraid - to get it over with (state of mind), or the "suspense is killing them."(also state of mind)

Intuition is a subconscious, proactive inclination; something is going to happen and you know what it is but you don’t know how you know(state of mind). An intuitive person is rarely wrong about their predictions (frequency/ results). They’re virtually clairvoyant.
