Is there a way to ease stress, anxiety and worry?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m 16 years old and I shouldn’t have as much stress and anxiety as i do but its hard because i have a stressful relationship with my boyfriend, He has anger management issues and im trying to work with him with those but its hard! He has awful depression and goes through stages of thinking hes alone and no one gives a sh*t about him. I understand that is what depression is about but the more i talk to him the more he pushes. Also i’m not doing well at all in school and ive been held back twice. Ive tried to get assistance in school programs but i get ignored. I also have anxiety and depression disorders Theres so much more i could say but i think im running out of space and i was wondering is there anyway i can pamper myself to make me feel better and try to ease the pains of all this drama? Also is there any relaxation methods that might work. I live in a very stressful house hold filled with he say she say and constant bickering. I’m 16 working a full time job in a office as a assistant/secretary. I have been making bad choices like smoking weed and drinking and i know all that does is make it worse but idk what to do.
I am seeking therapy for all of this but until i get the full advantage what can i do? as i said before are there anyways i can pamper myself or use relaxation methods?
I am so sorry for what you are going through
i can tell you that there is hope for your anxiety, stress and worry to go away. i suffer from anxiety myself and right now im learning ways to deal with it. some ways are to take deep breaths. be there for you bf but know that you are a strong person and dont let his problems turn into yours. he has to deal with his own problems and shouldn’t put all that stress on you. theres nothing you can do to help him besides supporting him and helping him. when he becomes strong enough he will get through it but it takes time. and about the whole school thing you can go to the doctor and he can tell you what you have and maybe give you medicine to help you out. also maybe talking to someone will help a lot i know it does for me. the one thing i have learned though is to not keep how you feel to yourself and know that your never alone. i wish you all the luck in getting better! i hope i helped you out some(:

How to get rid of anxiety and panic attacks?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m about 16 years old and have been experiencing anxiety and really bad panic attacks for the past 2 years. I am really getting sick and tired of this. What are some treatments to anxiety and panic attacks.
If you have tried different methods and its really bad to the point where you cant function normally or its getting in the way of school, go to the dr and talk to them about. They will give you a medication that is called an anxiolytic…which many people take. That will really help control your anxiety.
You should also try some meditating. Exercise your mind and learn to control it. Train your mind and your body to stay relaxed. It sounds like it woudlnt work, but you will be surprised.
Try this website. There are many more online.

Can difficulty concentrating or focusing be a part of my anxiety disorder?
Posted by: | CommentsLately I’ve been having SO much trouble concentrating on things. I can’t read books or watch movies that have a lot going on or a bunch of characters, because I end up missing something and end up totally confused. It’s really REALLY starting to bother me. I can’t do anything I used to find entertaining without getting confused, and in all honesty it makes me feel stupid.
I currently see a therapist for help on my generalized anxiety disorder, but I don’t take any medication.
Yes, tell your therapist.
