Am I in menopause at 37 please help me?

Posted by: admin | Comments (2)

Please help I feel like I'm losing my mind I am 37 years old and have been having hot flashes, extreme anxiety, awful temper every little thing will set me into a rampage and I don't know what is wrong with me could I be going through perimenopause I don't have insurance so I cant go to the dr so please don't tell me to go that will set me off to. Could this be perimenopause? Do the home menopause tests work pretty accurately and how do they work? Where can I get one ?Thanks

Before menopause—your final period—the ovaries gradually stop producing estrogen. This decline in the level of estrogen in your body can cause a variety of physical symptoms, including irregular periods, hot flashes, and night sweats, as well as vaginal dryness that can lead to atrophic vaginitis if untreated.

For a natural hormone replacement , i suggest you try naturapause.

Help my son has separation anxiety?

Posted by: admin | Comments (9)

Hi! My son is 3yrs and 4 months old. He will be starting preschool this August. Everytime I mention this to him he starts screaming "No, No, No, I don't wanna go to school, I wanna be with you!" Then he starts cyring and screaming. I thought the more I talk about it with him, he will start being comfortable with it. I can imagine the first day. I told him that he needs to go to school so that I can get a job just like his daddy. Then he would scream again. What should I do?

You may want to try putting him in daycare an hour or two at a time. Get him used to being around a lot of kids his age. I went into headstart when I was his age, and my mom asked the teachers if she could be there during the days with me to help me adjust. So my first year she was there with me, and she was basically an assistant to the teachers. She made sure not to be right next to me all day, so I could do everything on my own. That helped me to make friends and get used to the whole school thing. It was easier too because when I went to kindergarten, I knew I would have friends there. Teachers really like it when the parents get involved and help out.

I am reading an article and it writes, "Sex is when you can explore your personality without any social anxieties" (SELF.2009) Basically, during sex your ture self/nature comes out without regard to playing a role in public or maintaining social norms. Thoughts?

i suppose thats true. what goes on behind closed doors and all.

but then i think it should read 'sex with someone you TRUST is when…' because i very much doubt that someone would suggest their fetish of golden showers with a casual one night stand partner, well maybe some people would but then they'd be in the minority, and those people probably dont have many social anxieties in the first place!!

Help With Social Anxiety Disorder?

Posted by: admin | Comments (2)

I've been battling Social Anxiety Disorder for the past couple of years. My symptoms include excessive sweating, trouble finding words to describe things, fidgeting, and all around shyness.
I've been seeing a therapist, which does help, but promotes more of a pharmaceutical approach rather than a nature change in attitude and coping mechanisms.
Please offer any suggestions that you might have.

read some self help books, surround yourself with positive thoughts and ppl. . that make u feel comfortable. maybe try a hypnotherapist..? good luck i have the same problem trying to overcome it

Yes it can actually help. I took 900mg when my anxiety was pretty bad and it chilled me out a bit. I've taken it quite a few times so I wouldn't take 900mg lol

loud music. my head is just throbbing all the time.
ahhr bless you both for such warm replies.
Shelly Nurse thank you as well!

oh you poor thing that's awful.
Have you tried to ask them to keep it down?
if you live in uk the council will help
you can call the police as they may well be breaking a bye law if the noise is loud /constant
otherwise. ear plugs and a warm drink
hope things improve

nothing is working…
bio-identical hormone replacement therapy…I have heard this is really the great way to go..unfortunately I was laid off so money is tight.

Hi, first of all don't worry, you are not alone, many women passed this stage and it is awful but with the right treatment you can diminish menopause symptoms and feel better. Here is a list of menopause symptoms and how to treat them http://www.women-workout-routines.com/menopause-symptoms.html

Read the information and decide which way to go - herbal remedies are cheap and safe, consider taking supplements, this is the quickest way to feel better.

Wish you fast relieve!

All the best,
Rumi
